SHE is an all-girl Corporate and Function band, based in Johannesburg and Pretoria. Featuring a 4-piece band as standard, the group expands to a 14 piece band on special occassions.
Abbey Artico (Musical Director / Saxophones / Keyboards)
Abbey has performed in over 20 musical theatre productions including The Rocky Horror Show, Motown Gold, Roll Over Beethoven, Feelin' Groovy Too, Glory Days and Girl Talk Nite Out, and has toured extensively with P.J. Powers and Little Sister. Abbey's musical experience does not stop at theatre, having played as a soloist and ensemble member in orchestras, and having a vast jazz background. She was Musical Director for Richard Loring for the hit shows Girl Talk 2000, Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, The Best Of Girl Talk and The Young Ones, gave vocal and saxophone training to the original cast members of African Footprint, was Musical Director for Caesar's Casino's Sisters in Song and band leader aboard the Symphony Cruise Liner.
Kerry Hiles (Vocals / Bass Guitar)
Kerry will be recognised as the TV character Jacqui in the soap-opera Isidingo. She has been on the cover of the Sunday Times and her featured articles include an appearance in People Magazine. She also reached the top 50 in MNET's Idols competition. Kerry has performed in many stage productions including Girl Talk, Roll Over Beethoven, Glory Days, Hot Chocolate, Rock Me Amadeus, G-String, and The Rocky Horror Show (in which she played Janet). Her talents do not stop at theatre - Kerry is also a radio presenter, having presented for various radio stations including Rand Show Radio, Technikon Natal Transmission (in which she was voted Best DJ) and reaching the top nine in 94.7 Highveld Stereo's Hot Jock Search 2002. Kerry released her solo album "Missiles" in 2004.
Erika Strydom (Guitar / Vocals)
Erika performed alongside Amore Vittone as one of the original cast members of the hit show Girl Talk which had a sensational year-long run and performed live at Nelson Mandela's 80th birthday party which was broadcast internationally. Erika also performed in the subsequent Girl Talk Nite Out. She toured with Ashton Nyte as lead guitarist, performed with The Feather Doctors, and plays in various jazz ensembles including The Starlight Trio - her own ensemble. Erika has written music and lyrics for three educational theatre productions,and has also written music and lyrics for Rea whose CD was released by Gallo Records in August 2004. Erika is Director, Co-engineer and Producer of Burnt Bread Productions recording studios.

Sonnet has been performing since the age of 6. She has studied ballet in Argentina, modern and tap dancing in South Africa and Musical Theatre in Canada. Her international performances include dancing for a ballet company in Cuba, with Too Hot To Handle in Portugal, and with the band Scandal for an Arabian Prince in The Seychelles. Sonnet's show credits include: Rock Legends, Too Hot to Handle, and Swing Time, and she has been a member of the bands Scandal, Dr Rhythm, Heart and Soul and Heat. Sonnet is, however, best known for her performances in Girl Talk, Girl Talk 2000 and Girl Talk Nite Out and is at present working on a solo album and gives hip-hop and funk dance lessons in a studio in Pretoria.
